Arai88 Terms and Conditions — Official Platform Terms of Use

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and arai88 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "Company"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the arai88 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms, conditions, and rules contained in this document.

• "Turnover" refers to the total wagering amount a Member must complete before wins derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the arai88 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while using the platform:

• Aged at least 18 years at the date of registration. arai88 does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.
• Be a legal resident and domiciled in Malaysia or other countries where use of this platform is not prohibited by local law.
• Register under your own name using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• No active account or previously suspended account on the arai88 platform. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only.
• Not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party in carrying out any activity on the arai88 platform.
• Acknowledging and understanding the risks associated with online wagering and betting only within your own financial capacity and means.

3. Account Registration

The arai88 account registration process is designed to be simple and fast. However, there are several important rules that must be followed during and after the registration process:

• Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Holding more than one account is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account closure.

4. Deposit of Funds

Arai88 supports multiple deposit methods including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and all major local banks in Malaysia. All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure transaction security.

• The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected payment method. The usual minimum amount is RM 10 for e-wallets and RM 30 for bank transfers.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• arai88 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges that are beyond our control.
• Deposits not credited within 30 minutes must be reported to our 24/7 support team along with proof of transaction for investigation.
• arai88 reserves the right to hold or reject any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5. Withdrawal of Wins

Withdrawal of winnings is the right of every arai88 member who has met all specified requirements. We are committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and without unreasonable delays.

• Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 3 to 10 minutes on standard business days.
• Local bank transfers are typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the bank and the time the request is made.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
• Before the first withdrawal is processed, members may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process by submitting a copy of a valid ID.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in the member's account and may change based on the member's account level and transaction history.
• Wins from bonuses are subject to the turnover requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms before they can be withdrawn.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Arai88 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Each bonus has rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-related wins can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never registered an account with arai88 before. One welcome bonus per individual, per IP address, and per device.
• arai88 reserves the right to void bonuses and freeze associated wins if there are signs of bonus abuse, such as coordination between multiple accounts.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonuses within the specified period will expire automatically without any further notice.
• arai88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

7. Wagering Rules

All betting on the arai88 platform is subject to game-specific rules for each type of game or sporting event. The following general rules apply to all types of betting:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, arai88 reserves the right to declare the relevant bet void and return the funds to the member's account.
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time of display. However, odds for Sports Betting may change until the bet is confirmed by the system.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any external assistance tools to make wagering decisions is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• arai88 reserves the right to limit betting limits or decline bets from any member at the platform's discretion without providing a reason.

8. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain platform integrity and the safety of all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on arai88. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multi-Account: Registering or using more than one account simultaneously or alternately is the most serious violation on arai88.
• Money Laundering: Using the arai88 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Fraud: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordination with other members, use of a VPN to deceive the geolocation system, or other unauthorized methods.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to play or place bets on your behalf is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking: Any attempt to hack, attack, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the arai88 platform will result in legal action.
• False Information: Submitting false documents, incorrect identity information, or impersonating another individual during the KYC process.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Arai88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under certain circumstances to protect the integrity of the platform and other members:

• Accounts may be temporarily suspended for identity verification purposes if unusual activity or a first-time large withdrawal request is detected.
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate suspension and a full investigation of the account in question.
• Members may request to close their own account at any time via Live Chat. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after verification.
• arai88 reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive (no login) for more than 12 consecutive months with prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability
